But wisdom is shown to be right by the lives of those who follow it.

In a world powered by Google, there is no shortage of “wisdom” online. One Google search on any topic will provide “wisdom” from every side. Everyone believes they are right, but opinions are only opinions, and wisdom can never be proven by arguing. True wisdom can only be proven over time. 

Someone may claim to follow Jesus, but their life, not their words, is the proof. Even Jesus wasn’t believed immediately. People, including His disciples, followed Him everywhere He went to see if He was who He said He was. His words weren’t enough - His actions and the way He lived His life were all evidence they needed.

Only Jesus will give you true wisdom. He won’t give you opinion, or fads, or trends, but real relationship and real truth. Since wisdom can only be proven over time. Only your consistent life of faith can prove to others that you are who you say you are. If you claim to follow Jesus, but you lie, gossip, cheat, hold grudges, worry, lose your temper, are prejudiced, mean, or impulsive, your life doesn’t support your claim. Wisdom must be proven in your every day. 

God’s Word has been tested and proven true for generations. So dig in deep! When you seek Him and obey Him, then you can lead others TO Him. Let your life be the proof! You are loved!
